We are from July 14, 1972, Italy, Naples. We have Italian (Naples) someone's father and Japanese mother.
We are affected by father who was cook and we want to be way of dishes at the age of 11 and become a disciple of restaurant of uncle. We repeat ascetic practices while going back and forth in Japan and Italy. It was pioneer who spread taste "Neapolitan Pizza" of home Naples that we learned from father and inherited in Japan and introduced food culture of Italy to Japan through various dishes.

Legendary pittsuaioro which won the highest award in foreigners at festival of pizza of the world's highest mountain for the first time (other than the Italian) in 2003. We establish "Japanese Neapolitan Pizza craftsman association" working on the spread of Neapolitan Pizza craftsmen in Japan in 2012 and take office as first Chairperson.
